So what is the percentage of our population actually working or seeking work (the labor participation rate)? Only 63.7%, which dropped one half of a percent to a record low.

I actually don't have a problem with the whole marketing campaign, but it is a polarizing program.  If he was going for Hey Mr. President, how about calling it "African Americans for America?"
