  I figured I'd look at it more later when I saw it Friday morning during my normal email dredging. I wrote to good friends Pam Geller, Robert Spencer, Steve Emerson, and Mark Tapson to see if any of them had received the manifesto. They hadn't, even though they are far better known than I am, and would have been more logical choices given his desire for this manifesto to be spread far and wide.
