Lame Duck One-Stop Shop
AFP has been on the forefront of stopping the lame duck session of Congress and exposing elected officials who want to ignore the will of voters and pass controversial laws in a mad rush before the new Congress is seated in January.
Legislation such as cap-and-trade, card check, union pension bailouts, and enormous tax hikes have repeatedly been rejected by citizens, yet there many in Washington who want to sneak these horrible policies through after the voters have spoken. Below is a series of articles, clips, and quotes that detail what bills Congress may try to pass during the lame duck session and what we can do to stop it.

Valvo on Daily Caller: Putting REINS on executive power
Americans are demanding major changes in the way Washington operates, but while the heat is on Congress, more power than ever resides in the executive agencies. If he does, Murkowski’s support for energy taxes may be one of the major reasons.
